Shipping Policy
Shipping policy;
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. All orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic orders)
International shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or postal delays.

We want you to love your BRACE kit. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, including return postage.
How to start a return
Email with your order number before sending anything back — items returned without requesting first can't be accepted. We'll confirm the next steps and the return address: 5 Pearmans Croft, Hollywood, Worcestershire, B47 5ER. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility; we cover it for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Sale items & gift cards
Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery (your statutory cancellation period); outside that window we're unable to accept sale-item returns. Gift cards are non-returnable.
EU orders
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
